The kids Ivy took care of in Robinson Park will always have a special
place in her heart, and she will go a long way to protect
them[GK65],
first and foremost Rose, who is perhaps the closest Ivy's had to a family
after her parents died.

When in her more human moments Ivy craves the company of a woman who
understands how rotten men are, when she needs a girl-friend to paint
the town red with or a partner in crime, none can be better suited
than the incomparable Harley Quinn! Harley seems to share the
affection, often calling "Red" her bestest friend ever. Unless forced
to decide between the Joker and her, Harley will probably go out of
her way to protect Ivy, or break her out of Arkham, as the case may
be...

Ivy always seems to have money to put her schemes in motion.
The ten million dollars the Floronic Man paid her for a sample of her
blood[SB57]
go a long way — and in a pinch, a charmed billionaire would be only too
happy to provide, well, seed capital...
- Hideouts.

Ivy established a variety of hideouts in her less ecologically-minded days.
Some of them were doubtlessly destroyed in the quake, and the Batman probably
knows most of the remaining few. She is only so hard to find to begin with,
naturally gravitating to forests, parks, or old mansions with
greenhouses.[SB(A)5]
